  • NO POWER is provided. Generators are allowed but must be quiet and CARB compliant

  • Must have a current KERN COUNTY Health permit

  • Menu items must be submitted and approved

  • Overnight security is provided on Friday and Saturday nights

  • There is a free dedicated parking area for vendors. DO NOT use street parking.

  • Dry camping is available for $35 per night

  • Local accommodations include Motel 6 in Lebec & Holiday Inn Express in Lebec

  • If you arrive early, you may be able to get your vehicle close to your booth for unloading. However, be prepared to park on Park Dr and walk/dolly your items to your booth location.

  • There will be designated NO SMOKING areas so please be aware of signage.

  • No refunds after July 19, 2025

General Terms

·        I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE FINAL.

·        I agree to keep my assigned space in good condition, clean and free of debris and to comply with all Health Department requirements as set forth in the memorandum sent to Mountain

·        Memories Association, by the Kern County Department of Public Health. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event, or/and banishment from future events.

·        I understand that electricity will not be provided, I may have a quiet generator, housed within my booth space, if I wish to have lighting or electricity for my booth. I understand that any generator must be quiet and CARB Compliant.

·        I understand that while smoking is allowed in Kern County Parks, I will be asked to be a considerate neighbor and not smoke cigarettes while inside my booth area if it bothers other vendors and exhibitors located nearby. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in booths selling any food products in accordance with Kern County Department of Public Health.

·        I agree to sell or exhibit only items that are intended for enjoyment by the general public. The sale of illegal or legal items that are associated with drugs, pornography (or are objectionable), fireworks, stink bombs, bomb bags, silly string, airsoft guns, water pistols or rifles will not be permitted at Fiesta Days.

  •    THE SALE OF RESTRICTED ITEMS WILL RESULT IN MOUNTAIN MEMORIES ASSOCIATION ASKING ME TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND THE FORFEITURE OF ALL FEES PAID, AND/OR BANISHMENT FROM FUTURE EVENTS.

·        I will not dismantle my booth or remove my merchandise before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025. I understand that dismantling my booth or removing my merchandise early will result in a $100 early termination fee and/or banishment from future events.

·        VENDORS MUST BE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS AND OUT OF THE PARK BY 10:30 pm Friday & Saturday Nights.

·        First Responders - Mountain Memories Association requires that vending booths be open to the public until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025. However, it is the understanding of the Association and my agency that if my booth’s staff is called to duty in the event of an emergency this expectation will be waived.

·        Packaged Foods - Vendors who plan to sell (give away to the public) ANY prepackaged food (snacks or drinks) needs to provide a current Temporary Food Location Permit from the Kern County Department of Public Health.

  •   Current Environmental Health Permit for Temporary Food Establishment is required from the Kern County Department of Public Health. A copy of this permit needs to be turned into Mountain Memories Association by July 1, 2025 as our list is due to report to the KCDPH no later than 10 days prior to our event. ·        I understand that the Applicant is responsible for their own liability insurance. Mountain Memories Association does not provide coverage of any kind to the Applicant or their representatives.

·        I understand that all paid Applicants become a member of Mountain Memories Association for one year as a condition of exhibiting. The $2 membership fee is included in my exhibitor fees.

·        Cancellation Policy - Any exhibitor that must cancel their participation in the Fiesta Days event must notify Mountain Memories Association no later than Saturday, July 19, 2025, in order to receive a full refund of their application fees.

·        The foregoing includes all Agreements between the Parties and acknowledges that there are no other agreements unless specified and initiated below by a Mountain Memories Official. I have read and agree to the above conditions.

·        The undersigned (“Applicant”) agrees, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her heirs, devisees, representatives and assigns, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mountain Memories Association to the fullest extent authorized by law from all losses, damages, injuries, death, claims, suits and expenses, including attorney’s fees, of any type or nature (“Claims”) arising out of or relating to the presence on or access to property where Fiesta Days weekend is held, of Applicant and any minor children entering with or under the supervision of Applicant, including Claims arising in part from Applicant’s active or passive negligence, failure to make payments to any suppliers and Claims based on any duty (which Applicant hereby waives) of Mountain Memories Association to warn Applicant of, or guard Applicant against, any dangerous condition, structure, use or activity during Fiesta Days weekend. The term “Mountain Memories Association” includes its members, Board of Directors, their employees, agents, insurers and assigns.

·        Valid California Seller’s Permit, we are required as a special event operator by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration to collect Seller’s business name, mailing address, telephone number, driver’s license number (or other state issued identification), description of items sold and the seller’s permit number. Sellers with a missing or invalid permit number will not be allowed to sell.

·        Mountain Memories Association reserves the right to refuse space to any exhibitor.
